Lots of Nice Ideas3
This book was a bit of a disapointment, I knew what I wanted to end up with in terms of decking for my garden, but didn't really know where to start.

I thought that this book, being a 'Step-by-Step guide' would tell me exactly what I needed to do, but really it's more of an idea's book. The book has lots of really nice things you could do in with decking, but for someone who hasn't built decking before there is nowhere near enough information about how to go about actually doing it.

This would make a nice gift for someone wondering what to do with their garden.

A good Value Guide4
This book provides good idea's for projects that are realistic for those with normal DIY and carpentry skills. It provides advice on the tools and techniques as well as step by step instructions how to build the deck. As it show the techniques you can easly adapt any of the idea's to suit your needs.

Poor2
I borrowed this book from my local library, and I am so glad I did'nt spend the money on buying it. The book has plenty of nice ideas and photos, but for me it does'nt go in to enough "How to" detail.
