24P PLAYBACK - 24P REAL CINEMA When reproducing a 24p movie source, the 24p Real Cinema function generates smooth motion transition based on the original 24 frames. Panasonic quality
This is my first lcd flat screened television being a replacement for my old CRT tv.The picture quality and sound are first class (Iwas informed that that LCD picture quality was not as good as the old CRT display) but found it was equally as good ,with the built in freeview and tv program menue and simple setup its excellent value for money.I purchase a Matching Panasonic DVD recorder from Amazon the whole package for less than £650 amazing value.Highly recomended

Disappointed
Brought this item as parents own a Panasonic 32" which is excellent.

Picture on freeview is very blotchy (squares) which gets annoying also sound jumps and vanishes. This points to a poor signal but had aerial checked out and all ok. I bought this from Hughesdirect (through Amazon), who so far been very helpful in arranging to return.
They have told me that there is a known fault with this particular model which needs 3 capaciters replacing, however Panasonic don't seem to know much about this!

I wouldn't reccommend you buy this model, however I intend to go for another Panasonic as they seem to come top in most reviews (and believe me I've spent months researching). I intend to either go for the LZD80 or the plasma PX80b
