Customer Reviews
Practical musculoskeletal ultrasound - by E. McNally
This is a superb book for all the pratical aspects of musculoskeletal ultrasound. The text beautifully supplements the pictures and diagrams, and takes the reader through a step by step guide on how to examine the various parts of the musculoskeletal system. It begins with chapters that shows you the normal ultrasound anatomy of various regions, followed by chapters that go throught the appearances of the pathology seen in these regions. What is particularly appealing, is that the ultrasound pictures are supplemented by diagrams that delineate the anatomy and pathology shown. This is an essential and thoroughly recommended book for all musculoskeltal radiologists and radiology trainees on call.
Great starter book
Great book for people learning musculoskeletal ultrasound. Lots of pictures and detail on technique. Very easy to read. Common diagnoses are well covered. However, if further detail on pathological appearances are required, a more in depth book (such as Bianchi) is needed.
