A great book about arm-locks
Mostly covers different turns from turtle defence into Juji-gatame, included is Neil's own personal version. These turn are ones that have been actually used in high level of competition so they do work! If you plan usi Juji-gatame in you own repertoir this book wil certainly be of value

Good book, good series.
This yet another excellent book in the ippon series. Well worth the money and useful for beginners and more advanced players.
