Customer Reviews

Excellent for all from beginners to teachers of chi kung5
As a chi kung instructor myself, I find this book is an extremely useful addition to my library of books on the subject, both for my own practice and increased understanding and for use in structuring my classes around certain themes.

It is easy to follow, with good explanations of the forms and their purpose, along with some nice meditations, some of which I have also used in my classes. The principles of chi, and what it means to have this vital life force energy flowing freely through our bodies, are explained in a way that is accessible to all.

I would recommend this book for anyone with just a basic interest, or experienced practitoners!

I bought this book to deepen my understanding of Chi in the body and beneficial motions for cultivation and circulation.
Some of the exercises are useful.

Although there is some good content here, the writing was poor and the layout of the book was confusing.
