Genuine Shaolin Kung Fu5
Arguably one of the best training matial arts videos I have ever seen (and I have seen a lot!). Shifu Yan Lei did a fantastic job in summarising in this DVD the foundations of genuine Shaolin kung fu training. The editing, sound and interactive menu are excellent. We can only hope that Shifu Yan Lei may produce further DVDs like this one.

A real Shaolin Warrior5
This guy is totally for real. What ever your level of gong fu, you'll find this DVD will be informative, as it is very clear and demonstrates some of the forms that you would do in a class. In fact you could use this as a study aid to improve your own gong fu. So if you practice gong fu or are just interested, this DVD is well worth a watch. Buy it today!

SHIFU YAN LEI'S SPECIAL BRAND OF FIGHTING MEDITATION5
I don't know this disciple but the cover intrigued me so I bought it on spec. The DVD blew me away. I've never seen someone with skill like his, he certainly is the real thing. I thought Shaolin was more forms but he demonstrates bag work, pad work and the art of fighting meditation. I own a lot of training DVD's but this one is exemplary. Some of it is shot more like a film than a DVD, at times it reminded me of Raging Bull. Even my girlfriend found it fascinating - and that's saying something.
If you have a vague interest in martial arts or an obsession like myself, I would recommend that you buy this DVD today.
