Bought this for my hubby as it had fantastic reviews and they were right! The information is to the point but written in a light hearted way and he feels quite prepared now. It can be picked up at leisure and would recommend to anyone.

This will be a nice gift for all new, nervous dads-to-be. It's got a hundred tips about "surviving" pregnancy, which we all know can be so hard on the chaps. I thought it was funny and would recommend it. I also liked (for moms-to-be) You Know You're Pregnant When. Reflections on the Longest Nine Months of My Life.

This is another of John Smiths "Blokes Guide.." series of books.Having bought The blokes Guide to Pregnancy (See review elsewere) i thought i would get this at the same time. Not wanting to feel that i didnt want to know what my wife 9 month body morphing process was about i thought i would read up about it. this book tells you in 100 bite sized chunks of info from the start to the final great day (and beyond)that are easily absorbed by any "bloke".Some things are common sense but some things he says are things you might not have thought about or not known or were too afraid to ask about. As John Smith is a dad of 2 he makes it fun and serious at the same time.Everything from when you are first told by you wife/partner that they are pregnant, through sex (is it safe),changes in her body, through to the bestway to become a dad.Great book for first time dads to be.
P.S.Even my wife found these books intersting and informative and learnt stuff from them even tough they were written for blokes.
