Excellent dvd
Excellent yoga dvd, it's got the right amount of strengthening and stretching, plus the pace isn't too fast for post-natal tired bodies! Well shot and differnt difficulty ratings depending on how you're feeling. Also, split into parts so if you can't face the whole think at least you can do something. Got my core strenght back after a c-section, so much appreciated! Plus really good baby massage section.

Good for new tired mums
After buying and following the Shiva Rea Ante Natal Yoga, I thought I would invest in this for after the birth. As with the ante natal, there are 3 levels you can work at. The DVD is spilt into sections, so you don't need to complete the whole thing, for them days when you are really tired.

At first I could only manage the first section, but felt better afterwards. I was surprised at how quickly I progessed to the harder stages.

The DVD moves at a steady pace and is easy to follow and is good for new mums who would like to get back into exercise soon after the birth.

Not great
Found this annoying/frustrating. Needed to watch the dvd carefully, while trying out the yoga moves as her explanations are unclear. Her voice and the music is annoying on this dvd, though it's all subjective. Didn't have a menu at the start, you have to watch & fwd to the right place. Am looking for another postnatal dvd now.
