Synopsis
The only official guide which explains the standards required to complete the CBT course and pass today's practical motorcycle test. Good preparation will make it more likely you will pass first time while also improving your skills for the future. Updated for 2005, this official DSA guide includes: information on all five modules covered in the compulsory basic training course; the practical test syllabus and an explanation of the standard you need to reach to pass the test; explains what the examiner is looking for during your test; an expert insight into the practical test from the Driving Standards Agency - the people who set the tests; and supersedes ISBN 011552519X - "Official Motorcycling: CBT, Theory and Practical Tests".

Customer Reviews

Fairly Useless1
I bought this book, as i have passed my CBT over a year ago, and i am about to start lessons. I bought this book to cach up on informaytion that i may have forgotten, but have found it to be fairly useless. All this book tells you, is what topics and items your CBT will cover, and not actually the informaytion itself. For example, with breaking, it will just say "your instructer will explain breaking to your during your CBT", and it will not tell you how you should be breaking. The whole book is like this. They should of only used one page, and said "CBT: the examiner will explain to you, what you do when you get there", and left it at that. I say this book is fairly useless, becasue you could used it as a coaster, or to stop your table rocking. I say buy this book if you want to find out what you will be learning on your CBT/test, but you will be told that during you CBT, and would therefore just be waisting your money.
