Handy & Informative
The CD Rom contains exactly what it says on the cover, very thorough and informative. Regarding the comment made by an earlier buyer, the fact that the Ford advertisments are there aren't really important - it doesn't effect it's main job of helping you pass your practical test with ease. It's not to the same standard as the Pass your Driving Test CD Rom but it's still worth buying.

USEFUL
I bought this product to help me with my practical test. I did find the 3D animated driving lessons great to use and being able to print out the text was useful for revision. I didnt find much use for the car buying advice centre at all or the live information centre, however the videos showing how to change a tyre and check oil etc were concise and un-complicated. Overall I would say that this is a useful tool but I think I would advise buying a CD-ROM that contains everything from the theory test, hazard percetion, highway code etc etc.

Don't waste your money
My biggest complaint about this CD-ROM is the fact it is one big Ford advertisement. It's one thing to model the cars used in the animations as clearly recognisable Fords, but this contains actual banner advertisements for Ford and the logo worked into the background image. The second gripe I have with it is that the navigation is terrible. There is no 'next' in any of the sections, so you constantly have to go back to get to the next section. A better thought out and designed navigation would mean the sliding menu for the sake of it wouldn't have made it in. The Show Me Tell me tutorials were ok, but they take place in a Ford showroom! The practical driving tutorials were mediocre. For example, the parking tutorials shows animations of a cars being perfectly parked. Well done! Everyone knows what that *looks* like. Sadly, apart from a few commonsense tips, they fail to explain anything about the actual *how* of parking. You'd be better advised to put the money this CD would cost you towards an extra lesson.
