Looking for feedback!
Hi! I'm interested in feedback from users of the Second Edition of my workout log. Are you finding the new version more helpful than the First Edition? Do you use the stretching and nutrition boxes? Do you use the Week in Review? How has the log helped you? Thanks for your comments!

Great content.. but doesn't hold up to wear and tear
I have been using this guide daily for 14 weeks! I love the format and find it really helpful in my training. The one problem is that although this book is made to record 6 months of data, my copy has lost both the front and back covers and many pages after just a few months of use. I think that a hard plastic cover would be helpful for people who carry this book with them everywhere. Perhaps the author would consider this in the 3rd edition.
Excellent choice for consistent training!
I have just finished the 24 weeks of recording and made it through my first 5K. The log has helped me through many tough times in training and has kept me consistent. I am looking forward to starting a new log this week. Several people from my gym have also seen my progress and have purchased the log book as well.
Great motivation and filled with information
I am almost finished with my first log and have found it very useful. The chapters on "strength training", "health club hints" and "fuel up" were invaluable. I can't belive that I am now someone who excercises regularly! The cover has come off the back of my log - I use mine 5 times a week at the gym - and I wonder if this could be rectified in the next edition.
