Customer Reviews

A must have book for any unsuccessful dieter5
I'm so glad I found this book by chance in my local library because it has really changed my life and I recommend it to anyone struggling with dieting or mild eating disorders like comfort eating. IT IS NOT a diet book! It's a self help book which you read along side your diet/healthy eating plan. It's a very small brief book with easy to read chapters and lots of self help pages. It does include some recipe suggestions but its the pyschological element that appealed to me. You can pick and choose the aspects which effect YOU personally and tailor the self help to your own needs. You will recognise the problems that afflict you in day to day life and the book helps you to overcome the issues you face individually when it comes to your eating problems. I strongly recommend a read of this book to anyone who has dieted in the past but been unable to keep the weight off. With the help of this book and my new healthy eating lifestyle, I have been able to make REAL food changes and improve my health which I hope will continue for the rest of my life and not just for the duration of the diet. I will now purchase a copy so I can have my own to refer to when I need it.
