A waste of money
This book is in deseperate need of updating. The constant use of terminology and the negative thread that ran through the whole book really annoyed me. Having MS does not mean that you are "SUFFERING" the book refers to 'MS sufferers' throughout its pages. It makes lots of assumptions about people, and if you have little knowledge of the condition it paints a very bleak picture for both newly diagnosed people and professionals. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a more upto date, empowering and positive book.
Another very good information referance book
This is a must to have on your shelf for good solid info on MS.
Well written and easy to understand, this book will help you through the trials and joys you experiance with this illness.
