Inspiring Stuff5
I found this book in my local library, and was so impressed that I ordered my own copy on Amazon.

As someone who has been diagnosed with arthritis relatively early in life, I had been feeling quite down, and was finding it difficult to cope with the pain and the whole idea of arthritis.

This book has shown me that I can take charge of my life - it is absolutely packed with ideas for managing the arthritis, and for looking at the condition in a different way.

I'm now doing much more exercise than before, and feeling very much better, and more positive about my arthritis.
