good overview, factual and informative
This is useful as a general reference or for those looking to get fitter; it contains much of interest as well as practical advice for getting back into physical activity.
It tries to cover a little too much, and therefore skates over some issues a little thinly - it even has a Trinny and Suzannah style section on what clothes suit your physique covered in 2 pages!
But, if what you want is an informative, general guide with up to date advice this will be fine.
