Think this is the best book on IBS5
If you've been told you've got IBS then I reckon this is the best book on the topic.

Don't buy tons of books on it (as I did), it'll just depress you more, this is one of the best ones.

The coverage is broad, it's quite easy to read and at least you'll can parry better with your local GP, most of whom seem to know little about IBS (which doesn't help) or not take it too seriously.

I thought that this book was very unhelpful, it made me feel worse and did not help at all. I have mild IBS and the real life stories in this book were people with quite bad ibs which made me think i can only get worse not better. It was very depressing.
