Plain Speaking5
an absolute must for any apernt facing the trauma of a hild suffering with seizures for the first time. Written in straight forward English without all the medical speak, lays out all the Do's and Dont Do's along with basic understanding of what is happening. Makes the whole event much less frighteing (it will always scare a bit or we wouldn't be parents). Gives common sense advice on how epilepsy (and fits in general) affect all aspects of life.
I would highly recomend to anyone having an interest in ths subject.
