At your fingertips guide to Parkinsons5
This book was recommended to us by my husband's neurologist when he was first diagnosed with Parkinsons a month or so ago. We have found it extremely helpful, it is not a book that you should read straight through, it is one that can be dipped into as the questions and concerns arise. It is written in a very straightforward and easily understood way and we have found it very reassuring. There are a lot of support organisations for Parkinsons sufferers and this book lists a great many of them.
