Hi,
I suffer from Migraine and I have been to London migraine clinic, thats where I found this book at first. Dr. Anne Macgregor (director of the migraine clinic) is very knowledgable about migraine and meeting her, I could understand my body and its reaction. I also understood different headache types which gives rise to migraine. This book is good for those who can not reach Dr Anne. I bought this book for one of my friend in India and I am very sure she will be very pleased to understand about migraine and its effect on our body.
I would recommend this book to people who suffer from migraine and doesn't know much about it.
This book also helps you to understand your trigger and manage your migraine.
I hope one day, we can be free from migraine.
