Great Book!5
This is a great informative book written in a humerous style by a human GP. The book is split up into different idea sections and you can dip in and out of each section as you please. Lots of great tips for recognising and beating stress. There is even a section on free radicals which Dr Hicks describes as nasty little gremlins! I'm looking forward to reading Dr Hick's new book on allergies as my family have had every bump, lump and rash known to man!
