Customer Reviews

A slow and dated video.2
During my first pregnancy I wanted to keep fairly fit and hoped this video would do the job..it didn't!
While I realise this video needs to cater for pregnant women I did it when I was eight months and found it was slow moving and unsatisfying. The session took ages to complete and I did not feel any better for doing it.

excellent content but looks a bit dated4
I used this three times a week during my third pregnancy and had no niggly aches and pains at all in the last few months which I'm sure was a result of having a stronger back. I also used it for the first few weeks afterwards and had my figure back really quickly. Using this video three times a week plus a couple of walks or swims will mean you maintain high energy levels, good spirits and sleep well during your pregnancy. However they really could update the make-up, music etc which looks very dated.

Looks like a low budget production but 1st class advice4
This vid needs updating visually but there is nothing wrong with the content. I have been pretty sick and feeble for most of my 18 weeks of pregnancy but this was gentle enough for me to do most of it, just when I needed to feel I was doing something to maintain some sort of fitness level. I am confident that if I stick with it this will help me maintain stamina and tone where I need it most. I can't really comment on the post-birth section but I'm assuming it will be just as helpful and down to earth.
