Photoshop Elements 5 Restoration and Retouching Book by Matt Kloskowski
This is just such a good book, he has a great writing style that is fun to read and very easy to follow, there are some great techniques and tips in it. I have lots of books for Elements but this really is one of the best.

The book is divided into two sections .. Retouching People and Portraits and Restoring Old Photos then within each of those sections there are several chapters covering specific subjects. Its nicely laid out and covers quite a lot that I haven't seen in Elements books before such as thickening thinning hair, reducing shiny skin and even adding a twinkle to the eyes. There is also quite an extensive section on the techniques you can use for fixing up old photos and I especially like the tips for fixing water damage and removing patterns and textures from photographs.

I think that its a great book and I am just so glad that I got it.
