How to Use and Care for your Lightning Lever Corkscrew

All the Lightning Lever Corkscrews feature the PERFECT-PULL. With this system you can do what other corkscrew’s cant:

  • Remove corks too deep in the bottle
  • Remove some damaged corks
  • Remove dry expanded corks
  • Remove sticky corks from white & sweet wines


    The Lightning Lever Corkscrew enables all this in just 3 easy steps:

    Step 1: Remove the foil cap with the foil cutter or remove the wax with a wax remover
    Step 2: Place the corkscrew on the bottle & squeeze the handles
    Step 3: Swing the handles back & forth to remove the cork




    Having problems trying to reuse the corkscrew?
    Once used the corkscrew then needs to be reset for another use. You can do this by always swinging the handles back and forth before using the corkscrew to make sure it is ready to be used again. After resetting, you will not have any problems using your corkscrew.




    Changing the Spiral
    For continued performance and better results always make sure the spiral works in its best condition. When the spiral is bent, stretched or after a maximum of 1,000 pulls: you will notice the handle will not glide smoothly, it is recommended that you change the spiral.

    Best Corkscrew You Will Ever Use!!!!!5
    This, quite simply, is the best corkscrew on the market.
    I work as a chef in a resturant and we use these corkscrews every day for many bottles of wine. They just keep going and we have had them for around 6 months with no problems.
    They work just as well on plastic corks as they do on tradional cork.
    I am buyinh some for members of my family for christmas as I honestly believe them to be the best.

    Buy one...No, buy seven!!!

    I bought one last year and have been absolutely delighted with it. It gets heavy use, and still goes on and on, which speaks volume for the quality. I particularly like the curved handles which means it will stand up unaided. Buy it!

    I've got to admit as a landlord of a pub and a wine aficionado this is a great product, unfortunatly under heavy use this did begin to fail, this I will admit may be the result of the odd plastic based/rubber cork. But I would expect a more robust product for the price.
    Looks cool though and while it works is fantastic, but keep a reserve in place should this begin to fail, because when it goes it does so in a big way.
