Not Much Help For Olympic Distance Triathlons!2
Bought this book as my partner has completed 6 x sprint distance tri's and next season wants to do her first Olympic distance tri.

Synopsis suggests this book is ideal, As it turns out it is very specific to doing a full Ironman, (for which I'm sure it is great), but that is a completely different event. Other than a few cusrory mentions of olympic distance, it does not relate to it at all.

Only buy this if you are seriously considering a full Ironman.
