This book is excellent material for anyone with an interest in Off-road running, either as an established athlete or as a newcomer to the discipline. Very well researched with in-depth detail, especially the scientific side of this game. Backed up with profiles of leading athletes in each field & with advice on Fellrunning/MM's/XC/Orienteering & Trail running. This is a great item for anyone who thinks that they need to be smarter with their training/racing programmes.
