FANTASTIC
Want to sweat and feel like you've done a great workout? Then this is the DVD for you! Buy this and you will get a great workout that you can do quickly (main section is about 20mins)and easily (you only need enough space for a yoga/exercise mat, it's a well contained routine). Peggy is lovely and motivating. The scenery is gorgeous - workout to the sound of the waves lapping the shore. Not just for surfers and yogis, this is a great workout DVD for cardio and toning - highly recommended!
Very easy to follow
This is my first attempt at yoga to loosen my limbs for better surfing, well all I can say it was very easy to follow and very fluid, 30 mins in and you start to feel it.
As I am a beginner all the moves are new, it only took me a couple of days to get all the moves so is suitable for people without any previous experiance of Yoga, maybe experianced would find it a little too easy? I'm not sure.
I have now purchased vol 3 also which seems quite a big jump from vol 2
