I haven't had to use it yet thank God.
First of all it is loud, I mean seriously. It should shock the person at first so much that they run off, or you could just deafen them .
Second, It looks really great on my keys. So thats a bonus.

My only quarrel with it is that it is too easy to use on accident. The top came off in the middle of the night and it was hard to stop it going. I only gave it four stars simply because I haven't had to use it yet. I will update this review if I have have too.
