Q: How do I choose the right size wall mount bracket for my LCD/Plasma TV? Is this TV Bracket compatible with my TV?

A:

1. Check the back of your TV and find the four threaded holes (if there is no threaded holes or less then four holes, then the TV is not classified as wall-mountable);
2. Measure the horizontal and vertical distances between them (in mm); for example, horizontal = 400mm vertical =200mm;
3. Select a bracket whose supported max. mounting-hole pattern is larger than one you have just measured; but the overall size should be smaller than the TV otherwise the bracket will be stickout from the back of the TV;
4. You might also want to check whether the TV connections/ports is facing backward or not, if yes then do NOT select super slim wall brackets like PLB104 and PLB105 series because you might have great difficulties to get the cables into the slim space between the TV and wall.

The PLB105 TV wall brackets (PLB105S, PLB105M, and PLB105L) are NOT suitable for TVs with connection ports facing backward toward wall, otherwise it will be difficult to connect the SCART cables, you can try the PLB103S Tilting TV wall bracket

Ideal
Great bracket. Solid, comes with all manner of screws and bolts to attach the TV to it. May need additional special fixings for plaster boards. Only snag is the paint on the safety bar has started to flake off, but as it's hidden away, it doesn't matter. Nice and only 1" from the wall. Check that TV connections can fit, my HDMI connections just about fitted, but that's a TV issue. I was going to get a small type square vesa bracket but this type is a must for 32" or more.

If you are having any trouble fitting this to the wall or any other wall bracket because the plugs are spinning before you can tighten them,try putting the lag bolts into the wall plugs a couple of times before inserting them into the wall,after doing so put the plugs back in the wall and put some vaseline on the lag bolts everything should be ok from then on.Good luck.

Excellent product
I bought this wall mount after trying another product and being unhappy with the distance between the TV and the wall and that I could still see the bracket above the TV when it was installed.
This wall mount is easy to install and looks excellent i.e. you can't see it! I am using it with a Samsung 32" LCD
Samsung LE32A558/A559 - 32 inch Widescreen 1080P Full HD LCD TV - With Freeview and have been able to fit all the cables (I haven't tried SCART).
The instructions state a 1/2" drill bit should be used, but 12mm is fine (and the raw plugs have 12x60 on them).
