    Excellent but be careful5
These pans are excellent and very durable but I note from the last review that the lady in question had trouble with the anodised surface. These pans are not designed for washing in a dishwasher, as is the case with all anodised pans.

    Good equipment5
Given a set of these for Christams and think that they are some of the bese pans I have ever used, I have even grown to like the see-thru lids.
The pans heat quickly and evenly. I have had no problems with anything burning in them. They are a also oven proof and above all increadibly easy to clean with a top quality non sitck surface. I have some other hard anodised pans but these are my favourites.

Brilliant but pricey - buy the 4 piece set instead4
I have had this pan for some time now and I cannot give it enough praise (I realise it is only a pan but I love it). The product does everything it is supposed to do and looks super at the same time. In terms of performance, I simply cannot say a bad word about it.

However, at 50 odd quid it is not cheap. I would recommend that if you do not specifically need a pan of this capacity you should instead buy the Meyer Anolon Professional 4 Piece Cookware set (which I have also reviewed). The saucepans in that set are a little smaller but, at around £85 for the set, they comprise infinitely better value. (The set comprises 2 saucepans, 1 skillet, 1 large stockpot)

However, if you DO need the 3.8l pan than I would not discourage you at all - it is a brilliant product.
