Thermos Lever Action Pump Pot
This is great. Bought it for work as we have lots of meetings etc. It's a good size, holds plenty of coffee and keeps it hot for hours. The lever action pump on the top is much easier than the push pump that you usually get on the top of this sort of flask. The whole lid can actually be removed for easy cleaning. Super product and great value.

A great flask
I ordered 4 of these flasks as I manage conferences and needed new ones. At 2.5L they hold plently and stay scalding hot for hours. They have an attractive steel finish and totally give the right impression to my clients. They arrived in only a few days and were packaged well. The only concern I have is that the pump action lever is silver coloured plastic and if a client was heavy handed it could snap. Apart from that I am very pleased with them.

Would never deal with the compny again
If I could post negative rating I would have done so. Nothing wrong with the product though, but the customer service was appalling. The flusk arrived broken and I tried to phone the customer services to arrange the new order- nobody answered the phone, the phone went to voicemail. Then, I have sent an email and asked to contact me about the matter, again no reply (ordered the flusk in March).
