    Philips 26" TV4
    Rather shiny look to surround, excellent picture, menu of programmes could be clearer- rather wishy washy looking. This was bought for my mother & these are her observations.

    Philips 26PFL5403D 26-inch Widescreen HD Ready LCD TV 768p with Freeview - BlackThis TV is not what I would have expected from a name like Philips. My mother got it before the area went digital. The picture is only average. The sound isn't great, and the EPG is practically none existent. The EPG displays in a small translucent box in white letters on a grey background and is very difficult to see. In my mind an EPG should show a page of channels and the programs on those channels for the next two hours or so. This set only displays the channel that you are watching. If you scroll down to see whats on another channel the channel is changed on the TV. I certainly cannot recommend this TV.
