Put simply, this is the most impressive collection of African wildlife photography we have come across. The book itself is enormous, but unlike many other giant photography tomes, the quality of the reproduction has not been compromised. The images are so razor-sharp that you can see the freckles on a lion s nose, count the eyelashes on a ground hornbill, or trace the fingerprint from a chimpanzee s hand, while the landscape shots deposit you right among the dunes and baobabs. About the Author
Poliza started as a child actor on German TV, then founded several highly successful IT ventures in the US and Germany. His STARSHIP MILLENNIUM VOYAGE, around the world on a 75 ft expedition yacht, was avidly followed by millions via internet. Poliza now focuses mainly on filming and photography, including work for the Discovery Channel. He spends a great deal of time based in Cape Town, and is a pioneer in the use of digital photography for coffee table books.

Fantastic coffee table book for anyone who loves Africa
Fantastic book - wonderful photos and covers a good range of african countries. Expensive, but this book weighs a tonne and is massive, so worth the money.

Absolutely breathtaking
As a professional photographer myself I must say that this book is nothing short of amazing. So much detail, so many moments, colours, perspectives... A drooling photographic experience! One truly feels a part of Africa in every sense and a need to experience it.
