Great for young teens
I must admit I am not such a huge mka fan, but this book really suprised me - it's got heaps of great fashion ideas and the headings are very well organised (essentials, casualwear, glamourtime etc). Although many of the fashion tips are commonsense, or things you realise yourself as you grow older, I think that young teenagers would really benefit from mka's advice, as it is indeed very commonsense and useful, not just instructing the reader to rush to a trendy shop and buying everything like many magazines do. Highly recommend this book - reading for pleasure or as reference.

Another smash hit for dualstar!
This is a really good book- a sort of Trinny and Susannah What Not To Wear for teens minus the snide remarks. Oh, and MKA are far trendier than those two could ever hope to be!

This book has lots of lovely pictures of the twins (i so want the green v neck sweater ashley wears in a few of the pics) and the advice isnt OTT, nor does it demand a lot of spending which is good seeing as we dont have an MKA bank balance! As an older fan of MKA i still found this book really useful and i have used it as inspiration for my everyday dressing!

A must have for ages 8 - 25!

Hmmmm
Well, I am 21, a fashion student and a lover of MKA style. I asked for this book for Christmas so was really excited when I got it...only to discover that none of it's written by MK & A, apart from the few sparse quotes at the beginning of each chapter. Instead I presume I am reading the words of a patronising 40 year old stylist!

Aside from that, most of the photos are pictures of the girls when they were about 13 or 14..now they are nearly in the twenties, therefore I feel like I'm reading a childrens book.

Ok to flick through at the library but would definalty not spend my hard-earned cash on this thankyou.
