Finally! A healthy diet plan that works with REAL advice
I have a bachelor's degree in dietetics (clinical nutrition), and I can't tell you how many diets I've researched only to find once again that they were full of bogus advice that fell into two categories: a temporary quick fix or unattainable goals.

Totally Life Changing!
I initially used the lunch box diet for weight loss, but it soon provided a lot more than that, my energy levels have been through the roof ever since. Finally a diet where I can eat all the time and I've found my snacking has dropped, because when I used to go for crisps and chocolate, I now reach for my box, it's just so handy and probably the easiest diet I've tried.

I love this diet because I'm an active gym goer and it works brilliant for me, the `Active Carbs' section brings me the carbs I need when I'm working out and it fills me up all day. I'm not really much of a diet person, but this is more of a healthy way to eat and the whole lunch box thing makes it so handy to take around, I use a cooling bag in my car when I travel. It's also fantastic for balancing my blood sugar which needs to be watched carefully. It's a friendly book and the supporting diet community really makes a difference as I've made quite a few pals in there.
