Amazing Book
I have read the odd book about the subject in the past but this is the first one to actually change anything. I am extremely impressed with Dr Schlessinger's attitude & advice (so much so I've now bought another 2 books by her) and would highly recommend it to everyone to finally get over the c*** from the past with the author's 'tell it like it is' attitude. Great book
