Changed woman!
This book has changed my life! I would never have believed the harmful toxins which are in our cleaning products and in everyday things like shower gels, shampoo etc. I finished the book and have started making my own cleaning materials and facial cleansers. This really does not take up a lot of time and is much cheaper than buying your own. Any products mentioned in the book if you google them and type " in the uk" it will provide you with all the suppliers in the uk.This book is very informative in a funny way. Have been torturing friends and family to become greener and will be reccommending this book to everyone I know!
Being green is really easy and positive!
Gorgeously Green was a book that I read from cover to cover over a weekend. I found it very informative and useful.
Although the book is geared more towards the USA with its research and some of the websites for getting green items, you can get the idea and find things that deliver the same products where ever you are. So I would technically give it 4 and a half stars as that is the only draw back with the book.
I found it incredibly witty and informative at the same time. The book has given me greater awareness of "green issues" and that I can make a difference with even the smallest things.
Sophie Uliano is very passionate about what she does but with a reality to it. It makes the whole process of adapting my lifestyle fun and easy to do.
I am recommending friends of mine to buy the book now and I am giving it to people as a present this year.
