About the Author
Hwei Hsu, Ph.D has taught at Wayne State University, the University of Windsor, the University of Evansville, and Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has been Chair of the Electrical Engineering Department at both the University of Evansville and Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is the author of ten books, including three Schaum's Outlines.
