Great review tool
I thought the book was very comprehensive, with excellent images and good links with vignettes. Its great for reviewing pathology before the boards, but it does require couple of readings for a good understanding, especially if you are reading pathology after a long while. Some unnecessary abbreviations make cross referencing difficult, but if you take that out and also think about the exam standard questions in the end, I wouldn't complain at all. Purchase worth every penny I paid.
