Fun and enjoyable to read. The tasks suggested in the books really work and only take a few minutes.

Customer Reviews
This really helped
My son has dyslexia and has always struggled with class work. This book was recommended to me by a friend and it started helping immediately. He is very outgoing and friendly which has always frustrated me when it comes to his view of himself when it comes to school work was very low and he would give up quickly. We didnt do the whole ten weeks as recommended but we did do at least six weeks and he now has a different view of himself and the world. He has even grown his hair long. This is something he wanted to do but was alway's worried what people though of him. A great little book to help give kids a different perspective on things and give them better self esteem.
A boost to self-esteem.
This book should be in every school library in the country!
Written with a light touch, it contains a wealth of really wise, helpful but fun suggestions for boosting children's self-confidence. As well as joky illustrations there are quizzes, flow charts and daily "tasks" to enable a child to learn to see himself in a positive light.
Low self-esteem can have such damaging effects, so why not counteract these by giving this book to a child who is feeling bad about himself? It could change his life.
