Plenty of relevant information
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this book. I was half expecting a heavy going medical journal but, the book was extremely easy to read. There are multiple descriptions of the various forms & symptoms of sciatica as well as some alarming treatment scenarios, however, on the whole I was able to home in on the sections which I believed to be particular to my 'condition' and it did give me a boost to know that there was hope. By that I mean, if you have ever had a bout of sciatica, you will understand how debilitating it can be and how desperate it can actually make you feel when you can't even lie down without searing pain in the backside and legs.

I would certainly recommend this if you want to understand this condition & get some guidance on what can be done to treat it, but there is no substitute for a good physio, still 5 out of 5 for moral boosting capabilities & information.
