A Great Book!
I think that this is a great book for all wizard and witch lovers alike. It is packed with amazing things like pull out notes and hidden messages. The pictures are great and look so good. The writing is also really good for it gives the whole book an ancient magical feel, though the writing that looks handwritten can be quite hard to read but the rest of the book makes up for this!
Though the best bit comes at the very end! There is a pull out wand made from real oak wood which has an unscrewable handle, easy for kids to take take on and off. You can fill this handle with cool magical things that come with the book such as rare feathers, enchanted sand, glass beads and crystals. It really is such an amazing gift and I would buy it if I were you because you really can't live without this book!
Great for Kids
My son desparately wanted this book for Christmas 2007 - it was the only one he kept repeatedly asking for! The wand and other items in the book gave it added interest although I am having to keep reminding him that it isn't a good idea to try to turn his little sister into a frog or other things!
I've only given it 4 stars because I feel that the full listed price is too high, but it is excellent value if you can find it reduced in price.
Alright for small kids
It dose'nt tell you what to do I must remember I am speaking for a friend and he says it was a complete waste of money and he doesn't nkow why he purchased it.
