A Bit Of A Shame!
I would very much have liked to use this book but alas the course files that are provided as a reference and to be used in conjunction with the book could not be read by InDesign CS4 as they were compiled in a pre-release (Beta?)version of the software. This rendered the book useless and I had to return it to Amazon.

I would suggest that authors are aware of the different versions of the software that seem to abound and to ensure that their course examples are compatible otherwise the book might be not worth very much. A very real pity.
