Make sure there's a large box of tissues handy!
This was my first time in reading Ms Rice, and was I touched. This is so moving and deeply heartbreaking, and I could not put it down!
I so much wanted the strong Sarah to get back to the Island and repair the damage with her father, and reunite the feelings with her son, Mike. And it happened but at a very high cost to herself. This book touches very deeply, and it makes you realise how precious life really is. Apologies for being so melodramatic, but this book touched me very deeply.

If you don't cry whilst reading this, then there is definetly something wrong with your tear ducts.

the novel is full with emotion and it is hard to put down
when you start to read the first page you just wish that you could forget what has got to be done and relax reading the novel.sarah talbot had beaten cancer,her death of her mother made sarah and her father apart.sarah goes back to the island to her son and finds new love waiting.
