An excellent book!
I read More, More, More to my son at leat 4 times every evening before he goes to bed. This is a beautifully illustrated book and very diverse, showing a father and son, a grandson and grandma and mother and daughter, all of varying race. It is such an easy read, my husband and I find ourselves reading along when the other is reading to our son. I will search for more books by this author and illustrator and recommend it to parents of other toddlers!!

A simple book of the love of little children.
This short book for preschoolers depicts three babys who are playing with, respectively, a father, a grandmother, and a mother. It is simply a story of the love of children. Interestingly, the second child is African-American but the grandmother appears not to be so. This is the first Caldecott book I've seen suggesting the existence of interracial families. If I'm correct, I readily applaud the author. But, even if I'm wrong, it is still a beautiful book of love. The book was a 1991 Caldecott Honor book (i.e., a runner up to the Medal winner) for best illustrations in a book for children.

A Cuddle-Up Book
For moms and dads looking for lots of opportunities to hug and kiss their little ones this book definitely encourages the little ones to reciprocate!
