An excellent companion for the blood type diet
After having thoroughly "digested" D'Dadamos ER4YT book I obtained this to check it out. In this book he further expands on the principles outlined in the first an provides an excellent section full of meals for us too.
What impresses me most about the meals is that the vast majority of them call for the bare minimum of low cost ingredients that we purchase as a matter of course in our weekly shopping in any way - so no need for some expensive ingredients like many of the diets out there call for - on the whole these recipes are highly able to be incorporated into any eating plan!
The ER4YT book was a good start but if found this one to be more informative in many areas - I can't recommend the one over the other though - I would have to recommend that you get both.
An excellent introduction to the Eat Right system of eating.
This book provides varied and interesting recipies to accompany Dr D'Adamos main Live Right for Your Type and Eat Right 4 your Type books on eating right and living right for your blood type. The book is well researched and the recipies taste delightful and are easy to prepare. It includes all catagories of cooking, from dressings, sauces, soups to fruit, baking, salads etc. Whilst it is not the only cook book you will ever need it is nutritionally sound and if you are eating to Dr D'Adamos system you should have it on your bookshelf. I pick it up again and again and the energy I have regained on eating via his system is fantastic. If you love your body and like being healthy get this book.
cook right for your type
This book is for some people but just does not sit right for me.For my blood tpye he suggests a meat diet mainly and am not a meat lover.Some of the suggestions ,food items ,are just not available in my local stores.This book is more suited to americans than irish people.
