Pocket sized version of an excellent book
This wasn't the book I wanted, which demonstrates the limitations of online shopping. The book has practically the same title as the book I was after, and so I bought this one, thinking the cover had changed. Wrong. This is actually a pocket-sized, abridged version of the book The Multi-Orgasmic Man by the same author, which was very good. I would strongly recommend the full version, but not this one. The full version has lots of information and some interesting concepts which you just can't get the full depth of from an abridged version. The idea is to learn to control the energy flow in your body, not just to improve your sex life but to prolong your life and to make you happier and healthier all round. I couldn't say whether or not its going to prolong my boyfriend's life but its certainly made us a lot happier! The women's version is also good, if you can persevere past the patronising case studies near the beginning. They aren't just about having great sex, they teach you to respect and love yourself and each other.

A must read for all sexes
I bought this book on a whim, and have really gotten a lot out of it. I have been trying to find a resource for years on the male-orgasm, and this is the most complete one yet. I had been practicing many of the exercises for years but couldn't put it all together. On the second day I had 8 orgasms, and have been a believer since!
