Poor content
I got the book with a lot of enthusiasm, to find out that it has very poor content. Boring , nothing new and no where interesting approch, I could not help myself not falling sleep , after reading a page of it!!! or my mind getting distracted to other though, while reading.Finally I finished the book!
The workout part of it is alright, but then again I have the DVDs of the biggest loser, so for me is a waste of money.
