Product Description

The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Workshop Team Assessment is a 38–item paper handout that is an excellent team development tool. A key component of the facilitator–lead Five Dysfunctions of a Team Workshop, the Team Assessment delivers what the name implies "a team assessment" rather than an individual self–assessment.  It provides participants with an opportunity to begin exploring the pitfalls that are side–tracking their team. Easy to use, the Assessment is ideal for team off–sites, retreats, or a series of team development meetings. It will help teams of all types increase their cohesiveness and productivity.

Customer Reviews

Poor value1
This product described as a 'workbook'is simply a questionnaire! The alleged 38 areas are only 38 questions against which you need to rate you and your team members. This is disappointingly poor value and not recommended. The allocated 1 star is only because the process will not accept review without a star rating.

Bad Value for Money1
Wow--I was most disappointed with this product so much that I was shocked and looked in the box several times to see if there was anything else and will try to return. I love the Lencioni series of book but this is just a joke. Basically, I got a large folded flat box from Amazon and when opened it contained basically a pamphlet of 6 pages including the front page and the back page so basically you get 4 large pages of questions with a scoring mechanism. It does have good content but for £9+ it just is not worth the money. I should have read the previous review which did give a similar overview--dont buy. As previous review: "The allocated 1 star is only because the process will not accept review without a star rating. "
