One of the best books on evangelism available
This book is a must buy if you want to know more about evangelism. It's Biblically based, a very easy read and leaves you with a stronger desire to tell people about Jesus. If you can only buy one book on evangelism, get this one.
The book focuses on the use of the ten commandments to show people that they have not kept the law, to convince them that they are sinners and that they have a major problem, the consequence of their sin is eternal condemnation. The author is clear that people need to understand that danger before they can fully appreciate the gospel of grace, the message of the cross. He explains why many modern day approaches to evangelism don't work. We don't want people to come to Jesus just because they think they may have a better life, we want them to come in repentence, recognising their sin and that Jesus is their only salvation. The "become a Christian and you'll have a better life" form of evangelism has, according to the author, been responsible for many of the false conversions that we see today.

A "Must Read" For All Who Want To Share Their Faith
I have found this to be the most useful book I have read on the subject of evangelism.

The main theme of the book is that Jesus is meaningless to anybody who does not truly recognise that they are sinful. Without this recognition there can be no repentance and without repentance there is no salvation.

This book shows clearly how you can help a person recognise their sin and then bring them repentant to the cross of Christ.

An excellent demonstration of how to share your faith biblically. Scripture quotations throughout. CD included.

If you are serious about wanting to share you faith effectively you will want to read this book.

I kept the cd in the car to play to and from work and read the book when ever I could find a minute to spare. If you need any encouragement to share your Christian faith with others then buy this book.
