Best case preparation book out there
The best book out there.
I have no business education or experience (Mechanical engineer) and I had never had a case interview before. To prepare for my interviews with McKinsey & Company I read this book back to back (2 times) and used the structures presented. It worked like a charm. The feedback after the interviews were "One of the best case performances ever by a non business applicant" and oh... Yes, I got the job.
The book is easy and fun to read. There are many structures, examples and practice cases which, in addition to showing you how to "crack" a case, also teaches you a lot about business in general. Especially if you have no previous experience.
I read other books and used internet for more case preparation which was good but if you're only getting one book. Make sure it's this one.
